At Jamie Focus, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their photography equipment. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns
   We accept returns only in the following cases:

• The item received is damaged

• The item is defective

• The item delivered is incorrect

Note: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.

2. Time Frame for Returns
   You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to request a return.
   Return requests submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.

3. How to Request a Return
   To request a return, please send an email to [email protected] with the following details:

• Full name

• Order number

• Reason for return

• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item (if applicable)

We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

4. Refunds
   Once your return is approved and the product is received in acceptable condition:

• Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return
   We do not accept returns for:

• Products that are used or damaged after delivery

• Items returned without original packaging or accessories

• Products returned after the 48-hour window

6. Shipping Costs

• We cover return shipping only if the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

• In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
